We encountered some pretty crazy weather conditions during our recent camping trip on Kick. You see, the forecast called for some sunshine, but Mother Nature had other plans. Apparently, she decided to throw a massive deluge right in the middle of our adventure!
Our campsite quickly became into a swamp. {Everywhere was soaked through and through. We attempted to stay dry, but it was a losing battle. The rain just kept falling.
It wasn't all bad though. There was something different about the whole experience. We huddled together in our makeshift shelter, sharing memories and trying to stay warm.

Well folks, it's been a busy few months here on the farm! The plants are thriving like crazy, and I'm really excited about all the {freshproduce we're going to have.
I've also been workin'/toiling/hustling hard on {somenew projects that I can't wait to share you all about soon! In the meantime, here are a couple of {quickupdates:
* I finally finishing up the shed.
* The chickens/goats/cows are laying/producing/giving tons/loads/plenty of eggs/milk/cheese.
* I've been trying out some new recipes using all the fresh ingredients from the farm.

Thrilling Trails: A Rainy Adventure with Jess
Rain pounded down, turning our campsite into a brown lagoon. But that didn't stop Jess! She was pumped to be out here in the wild, braving the elements with a grin on her face. We pitched our tent, which squealed like a wounded animal every time a gust of wind hit it. We huddled inside, sharing laughs, the warmth of each other's company driving the chill. Later, we watched the rain dancing on the leaves, listening to the melody of nature. This wasn't just a camping trip, it was an adventure. A true "Girl Gone Wild" moment!
